課本網上訂購說明 Instructions for Textbook Ordering

登入漢榮書局網址 Visit Hon Wing Book Company’s website ’https://www.honwing.hk/’

選擇「課本網上訂購服務」Select ‘Textbook ordering platform’ (i.e., the 3rd button from the left)

輸入登入資料 Enter login information

    • 登入編號 Login no. > 由漢榮書局提供 To be provided by Hon Wing Book Co.
    • 密 碼 Password > 由漢榮書局提供 To be provided by Hon Wing Book Co.
    • 香港手提電話 Hong Kong mobile phone no. >首次登入不必填寫Not required for first-time login

輸入學生個人資料 Enter student’s personal information

  • 必須填寫全部資料，缺一不可 You must fill in all the required information or else you will be unable to proceed.
    • 學生英文姓氏 Student’s English surname
    • 學生英文名字 Student’s English given name(s)
    • 學生中文姓名 Student’s Chinese name
      • 若沒有中文姓名請輸入「NA」
      • Please enter ‘NA’ if you do not have a Chinese name.
    • 手提電話 Mobile phone no.
      • 請填寫首位數字為5、6、9的香港手提電話號碼
      • Please enter a Hong Kong mobile phone number starting with the digit 5, 6 or 9.
    • 電郵 Email
      • 請填寫有效的個人電郵地址 (如Gmail, 雅虎, Hotmail)
      • Please provide a valid personal email address (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).

選購書籍 Order Selection

    • 請在方格內「✔」需要訂購之書籍（選購時請注意「備註」部分指示）
    • Please put a ‘✔’ in the box to indicate each title you wish to order (please pay attention to the ‘Remarks’).

確認訂購 Order confirmation

    • 選購完成後，請點選網頁底部的「遞交訂書單」。
    • When you have completed the book ordering process, please click on the ‘Submit Order’ button at the bottom of the web page.
    • 再點選「確定」確認。
    • Click ‘確定’ to confirm.
    • 訂購確認後，系統將會自動發送「確認電郵」至學生所填寫的電郵地址。
    • After confirmation, the system will automatically send off a ‘confirmation email’ to your email address.
    • 因電子郵箱設定關係，學生若確認訂購後沒有收到「確認電郵」，請從「垃圾郵件」或「Trash」文件夾中尋找。如仍沒有找到確認電郵，請在辦公時間內致電2391 0585與漢榮書局職員聯絡。
    • Due to the user configuration settings of email accounts, the confirmation email may be redirected to the ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email after having confirmed your order, please contact Hon Wing Book Company at 2391 0585 during office hours (Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00).

訂單修改 Order modification

  • 截止日期或之前 On or before the deadline:

    • 學生可再次登入系統，對訂購内容作出修改（確認電郵將以最新收到之電郵為準）
    • You can make changes to your order by re-logging into the system (The latest confirmation email will be the valid one).
    • 請在登入頁面輸入登入編號、密碼及香港手提電話，其餘步驟與首次訂購相同（即步驟IV至VI）
    • Enter your login number, password and Hong Kong mobile phone number, then repeat Steps IV to VI and    re-submit your order.

  • 截止日期之後 After the deadline:

    • 學生無法再對訂購内容作出任何修改
    • No further modifications can be made. You can only view your order details.
